Schools today appear to struggle with fostering a culture of learning in the students. Educators are struggling with maintaining discipline, let alone nourish a culture of learning and developing socially responsible students. Poor work ethic prevails in the work environment. Managers and supervisors struggle to maintain happy productive employees. Parents are finding it increasingly more difficult to cope with the western influence and the demands of good parenting.The course uses value-based methods and techniques to inspire participants to cope better in any situation.

This is a Blended version of 6 modules done over 4,5 months. Modules 1,3 and 6 will be face to face. All other modules and assignments will be online.
Minimum requirements for registration
18 years and older with Matric certificate
Must be Computer literate (Have access to own computer and internet. Working Knowledge of Microsoft office, able to navigate website, download assignments and other resources, upload completed assignments, attend webinars, communicate via e-mail)
COMPULSORY Attendance at all 3 Face to Face modules.
